What are the differences between the Webinar packages? How do I know which to buy?

These webinar packages are priced based on the size of the audience. Depending on the size of your event, we offer 500, 1000, 3000, and 5000 attendee options. All packages, regardless of plan, include the same features and interactivity tools. Don’t hesitate to contact our sales team if you want to host larger-capacity events.

How many licenses (hosts) can I buy online at one time?

As many as you want, but we’d be happy to discuss your specific needs if you need a larger number of webinar hosts.

Who can buy Events online?

To purchase these add-on plans, you must have at least one licensed user on the plus or pro plan.

How do I designate multiple hosts (moderators) for my online events?

If you’ve purchased multiple host licences for Vivomeetings Webinars, add the additional host’s email address or choose from the list when scheduling an event or webinar. The additional host would be notified via email that they have been invited to participate in the webinar as a panellist.

Which currencies are available?

Currently, we only charge in USD.

Can I upgrade and add more hosts online?

Yes! Log in to Vivomeetings and choose Admin and Billing to upgrade or contact our support team for assistance.

Can I upgrade my Vivomeetings Events or Webinars plan to increase attendee capacity?

We do not allow you to change your plan (capacity). However, you can upgrade or downgrade your current plan.

What happens if your plan’s attendee capacity is exceeded during an event?

Attendees will be able to enter only up to your Webinar capacity limit. For example, if you purchased a Webinar 500 package, any additional attendees will be denied access to your event.

How do I change the Events billing plan from Monthly to Annual?

How do I access my subscription details to review or change my billing information, hosts, plan, and past invoices?

Where do I find my past Vivomeetings invoices from?

How do I cancel my Vivomeetings Events or Webinar subscription?

Log in to Vivomeetings and go to Admin > Billing. Then, to cancel your subscription, go to subscriptions. Your subscription cancellation does not result in a refund. If the service is terminated or modified before your billing cycle ends, payments are non-refundable or prorated.
