These webinar packages are priced based on the size of the audience. Depending on the size of your event, we offer 500, 1000, 3000, and 5000 attendee options. All packages, regardless of plan, include the same features and interactivity tools. Don’t hesitate to contact our sales team if you want to host larger-capacity events.

As many as you want, but we’d be happy to discuss your specific needs if you need a larger number of webinar hosts.

To purchase these add-on plans, you must have at least one licensed user on the plus or pro plan.

If you’ve purchased multiple host licences for Vivomeetings Webinars, add the additional host’s email address or choose from the list when scheduling an event or webinar. The additional host would be notified via email that they have been invited to participate in the webinar as a panellist.

Currently, we only charge in USD.

Yes! Log in to Vivomeetings and choose Admin and Billing to upgrade or contact our support team for assistance.

We do not allow you to change your plan (capacity). However, you can upgrade or downgrade your current plan.

Attendees will be able to enter only up to your Webinar capacity limit. For example, if you purchased a Webinar 500 package, any additional attendees will be denied access to your event.

Login to Vivomeetings, go to Admin and Billing.

Log in to Vivomeetings and go to Admin > Billing. Then, to cancel your subscription, go to subscriptions. Your subscription cancellation does not result in a refund. If the service is terminated or modified before your billing cycle ends, payments are non-refundable or prorated.
